Wabash Capital provides the services that minimize plan sponsor liability and improve the likelihood that participants will have a better investment outcome by serving as investment advisor to the plan sponsor and the plan’s participants,

For the plan sponsor specifically, Wabash Capital can do the following:

• Write an investment policy
  
  
• Select the appropriate investments for the plan

As your investment advisor, preparing an investment policy and selecting the appropriate investments for the policy are the core features of our service. Carrying out these activities makes us a fiduciary to the plan, a role we professionally accept.

For the plan sponsor and the participants, Wabash Capital provides the following:

• Create participant-directed models that allow participants to make one easy decision as to their investment profile.

For the participant, Wabash Capital will:

• Determine the percentage to be invested in each fund;
• Review and select the investment funds;
• Rebalance to keep participants in line with their objectives

By performing these functions, participants gain professional advice and oversight while alleviating their need to do anything if they so choose.

Lastly, and most significantly, we will work one-on-one with participants to provide them ongoing advice about their investments. Not impersonal, generic, online advice, but one-on-one coverage by our investment advisor representatives.
